Due to the nature of our products being food and consumable items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at athletes@racedayy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for issues related to taste preference, personal tolerance, or individual performance outcomes.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
